•Minimum stay is for 3 nights.
•Check-in from 12.00 am till 7.00 pm.
•Check-out within 10.00 am of the departure day.

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to respect other guests, We kindly ask you to respect the following rules:
•Full payment to be made upon your arrival
•Smoking is not allowed in the building.
Please make sure you keep all communal area such as entrance hall, court yard and stairs clean at all time.
In case of repeated grievance we will be compelled to expel the guest from its room, without refunding the cost of the booking.
•The rooms will be cleaned between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm
•Towels will be changed every other day
•Sheets will be changed every 3 days in case of minimum one week stay
•On the departure day the guest must leave the room at 10.00 o’clock
•Please do not disturb other guests and avoid causing nuisance in communal areas. In particular please keep the TV and radio at low volume.
•Smoking not allowed in the building.

If you lose the Apartment’s keys, you will be charged a fee of € 50.00.
