B&B DAVILA25 is an elegant apartment of 100 square meters with 2 balconies, on the 5th floor of a quiet building with lift and has a reserved parking in the garage below;

it is finely furnished, in each room you’ll find: parquet, heating, air conditioning, Sat LCD TV (Italian channels and European) and Internet wi-fi 24h;

It's constitute by:

spacious entrance, in the hall there is a telephone for the emergency calls;

three large bright bedrooms: the first one with two large single beds plus another one, in the second room there is a double bed and a balcony, the third one has got two large single beds.

Moreover we have three large bathrooms with windows, one with a bath tub and the other with a shower.

Each of the three rooms has its own private external bathroom for exclusive use.

BY FLIGHT

From Ciampino Airport: shuttle bus Ciampino to Metro A Anagnina (20 min.) - get to Metro A Colli Albani (10 min.).

From Fiumicino Airport: a train, every 15 min., from Fiumicino Airport to Tuscolana Station (20 min.), out of the Station in about 100 meters you'll find the Metro A Ponte Lungo - get to Metro A Colli Albani (4 min.).

BY TRAIN

From Stazione TerminIi take Metro A stop Colli Albani; take via Menghini then first right via Arrigo Davila (200 meters).

BY CAR

From the Grande Raccordo Anulare: take the exit 23 and follow via Appia Nuova Rome center direction straight for about 8 km; arrived square Colli Albani direction via Menghini then take the first right via Arrigo Davila.

The guest's reception is every day from 3 pm.

B&BDAVILA25 is located 200 meters from the Metro A Colli Albani, in a commercial area with shops, supermarkets, bar, restaurants and every service type.

It is very well connected:

to 100 meters is the line 87 direct to the Center;

to 2 metro stops away is the train for direct transfer Tuscolana Station - Fiumicino airport every 15 minutes;

to 7 metro stops away is Termini Station.

Going outside Rome to 8 metro stops is Anagnina Station, where the shuttle bus in 20 minutes connects Rome Ciampino airport .
