The Magnolia holiday house is situated in Montespaccato ( Rome - Aurelio),
on the corner between Francesco Landi street and Re Ina Square.
At 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport of Fiumicino
At 5 underground stops from Ottaviano - S.Pietro ( Vatican ).


The house has an indipendent entrance, bed living room,  air conditioning, bathroom with shower-box, complete kitchen, washing machine, courtyard.
In the square beside you can find, tobacconist with news stall, minimarket, bar, hairdresser for women.
