Close to the old saracen tower, The Hotel “La Torre”, overlooking the charming sea, is found in the evocative and fascinating bay of Palinuro.
Dipped in the green and only a few steps from the private beach, the Hotel is an oasis of relax where its customers can enjoy one splendid sight on the crystal sea.

The elegant 4 star “Hotel La Torre” is located in Palinuro in the heart of the UNESCO National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano.
This entire coastline is remarkable and the exact position of “Hotel La Torre” overlooks the port and the beautiful bay of Palinuro.

“Hotel La Torre” has recently undergone major external restoration and internal refurbishment creating a modern yet relaxing atmosphere for a holiday destination.
Our 40 rooms, elegantly furnished and situated on 4 floors (including 9 family “junior suites”) are fully equipped with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, mini-bar, safe and satellite TV.

The rooms with a view overlooking the sea have a terrace and limited cooking facilities for children’s meals only.
Private parking and beach facilities are included in our rates.
We have created a unique lounge bar and solarium for relaxing breaks and our panoramic terrace restaurant overlooks the amazing Capo Palinuro.

Our stylish restaurant “Donna Teresa” offers our guests the opportunity to savour “ the real” Mediterranean cuisine.
We also offer a wide variety of healthy specialities carefully formulated by our dieticians and tailor-made for our clients. We only use the best organic produce from this region and from our own family run Eco-Farms “St Angelo” and “La Marinella”.

Behind our hotel a centuries-old pinewood protected by Unesco, extends over an area of approximately 50 hectares. From the hotel’s scenic garden our guests can follow pathways through the woods which have, for obvious reasons, been called “the Pathways of Well-Being”. The long walks are particularly popular amongst the lovers of trekking and are the subject of important medical-scientific studies which have found the gentle natural gradient and the presence of unique arboreal essences native to the area, to be particularly beneficial to heart patients.

Whilst enjoying the fabulous views from the hotel’s secluded garden and surrounded by nature, it is also possible to savour typical local dishes and candlelight dinners in our “Parco Bar”.
Youngsters can enjoy themselves playing in the “kiddies corner” whilst the grown-ups relax in the open-air gym or treat themselves to a massage and beauty treatment in “Vanity Corner”, looking out over the port.
For 2009, in our “Parco Bar” Area we will introduce two hydromassage baths.

By Car:
Highway A3 Salerno / Reggiocalabria, goes out to Battipaglia continuing on the SS.18 direction Agropoli then on the varying SS.18, continue (new road to fast slide) in direction gone out Sapri Poderia and then when you reach Palinuro follow indications for "Porto"..

By Train:
National line Salerno-Reggio Calabria FF.SS. stopped into Pisciotta-Palinuro station, about 5km from Hotel La Torre ( in summer bus service available ).

By Sea:
In summer is active boat service "Metròdelmare" from Naples, Salerno and other places of Campania coast, with arrival in Palinuro Port ( 200m from Hotel La Torre ).

By Airplane:
Closest airport is Napoli Capodichino International Airport, about 100km from Hotel La Torre. Train and bus services available.
