Its name takes origin from the paper industry standing near by, the factory chimney is still visible as a splendid example of industrial archeology. The structure, recently carefully and completely restored, is plunged in a 10.000 square meters of private park, available to guests. It is composed by rooms with bath and flats with 2 rooms and indipendent entrance.
